Your trek begins at the base of Aspen Mountain. Your destination: historic Buckhorn Cabin. Your guide will explain local flora and fauna as you bask in breathtaking views across the Rocky Mountains.

As you ascend 3,200 feet in elevation, one of Aspen's finest chefs will be crafting a special plein-air meal at Buckhorn just for your group. As you near the cabin along the ridge, you'll discover a breathtaking scene awaiting you against one of the world's most stunning natural backdrops. For a shorter hike, you can also opt for the trail from Sundeck down to Buckhorn.

You’re free to put your own touch on the experience. Want a sommelier to walk you through the wine pairings? Just let us know beforehand. Prefer cocktails? No problem.

At the end of your adventure and fine dining experience, our expert driver will drive you down the mountain in our 4x4 ASPENX Jeep. Go ahead, sit back, and relish the view—and the moments from your adventure within the heart of Aspen Mountain.

• 8:45am: Meet at ASPENX in Gondola Plaza

• 9:00am - 11:00am: Hike of choice on Aspen Mountain with expert guide

• 11:00 am: Guides escort guests to Buckhorn

• 11:00am - 1:00pm: Lunch at Buckhorn Cabin

• 1:00pm: Depart from Buckhorn Cabin back down to the base of Aspen Mountain
