Cozily nestled in the snow during the winter, Buckhorn spends its summers as a picturesque meeting place for any up-mountain experience—rustic, historic, and perfectly Aspen.

Wine is one of the great joys of life, and the ASPENX Table at Buckhorn experience will surprise and delight until the last bottle is uncorked. Our driver will take you up to Buckhorn Cabin along Aspen Mountain’s scenic Summer Road in our off-road capable ASPENX 4X4 vehicle.

Here, amidst a stunning 360-degree view at 10,000 feet, you’ll enjoy three courses prepared by our chef, and wine pairings from our expert sommelier. Finally, you’ll toast your perfect day by learning to saber a bottle of champagne—an impressive bit of skill to take back down the mountain.
