WHAT ARE THE DATES FOR BEACH CLUB? ASPENX Beach Club will be open Friday and Saturday, with select Sundays, beginning January 26th through April 13th . You can find the full list of individual dates listed on our website here

 

WHAT TIME IS THE EVENT FROM? 12 pm-3 pm MST 

 

WHERE EXACTLY IS THE EVENT LOCATED? ASPENX Beach Club is located at the top of Aspen Mountain via the Silver Queen Gondola, next to Sundeck and ASPENX Mountain Club.  

 

DO YOU HAVE TO SKI THERE? Skiing is not required! Guests' access to ASPENX Beach Club is available through two options. Guests can come up on the Silver Queen Gondola and walk to the venue or they can ski in from neighboring runs on Aspen Mountain. Gondola passes will need to be purchased separately, not included in the Beach Club ticket price. 

 

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED? No, 21+ only 

 

ARE LIFT TICKETS INCLUDED IN THE ASPENX BEACH CLUB TICKETS? A sightseeing or lift ticket is required to access Aspen Mountain and are not included in your ASPENX Beach Club ticket. Lift tickets can be purchased at any Aspen Snowmass ticket office or online.   

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE CABANA AND BEACH CHAIR PACKAGES? Cabana packages include a bottle of Veuve Clicquot per two people, a served appetizer, and two ASPENX Beach Club hats. Beach Chair packages include one Bottle of Veuve Clicquot per two people and a served appetizer (Beach Chair requires 2 chairs in cart for check-out for 2 people).

IS OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED AT BEACH CLUB? No, outside food and beverages are not allowed at Beach Club 

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT BEACH CLUB? Pets are not allowed at ASPENX Beach Club as part of our Aspen Skiing Company on-mountain safety policy and noise level. ASPENX Supports the use of trained service animals. Please see more on our Winter Policy for Service Animals here

 

HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL PEOPLE TO MY RESERVATION? Additional cabanas or beach chairs can be purchased at any time on our website here, per availability. Seating is first come first serve, so please be sure to arrive early with your entire group present to allow for the best seating accommodation together. 

 

IF MY GROUP AND I MADE SEPARATE RESERVATIONS, BUT WOULD LIKE TO SIT TOGETHER, HOW DO WE ARRANGE THAT? Seating is first come first serve, so please be sure to arrive early, with your entire group present, and the ASPENX Team can arrange for your group to be seated together. 

 

HOW DO I SWITCH MY RESERVATION TYPE OR DATE? Please email the ASPENX Team at beachclub@aspenx.com to switch an existing reservation type or date. 

 

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS OR ADD MORE PEOPLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT? Yes! Per availability, you can purchase tickets at our website here on the day of the event. 

 

ARE THERE HAND WARMERS, HATS, ETC. AVAILABLE AT BEACH CLUB The ASPENX Team will be providing free hand warmers throughout the event. Hats, and other accessories can be purchased at ASPENX Beach Club’s retail shack. 

 

IS THE VENUE INSIDE OR COMPLETELY OUTSIDE? ASPENX Beach Club is a fully outdoor venue 

 

WHAT IS THE CAPACITY PER DAY? 150-person total capacity 

 

DO YOU ARRANGE SPECIAL SURPRISES FOR BIRTHDAYS, BACHELORETTE PARTIES, AND OTHER CELEBRATIONS? Yes! If you have a celebration, please email the ASPENX Team at beachclub@aspenx.com prior to your event date, and we’re more than happy to arrange for a special surprise! 

 

WHAT IS THE MUSIC LIKE AT BEACH CLUB? We will have a variety of different DJs this season ranging from house, dance, bass, hip-hop, throwback hits, and more! 

 

CAN SOMEONE COMPLETELY BUY OUT ASPENX BEACH CLUB? Yes! Please email the ASPENX Team at beachclub@aspenx.com to inquire about our private buyout options. 

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? We are rain or shine and operate if the mountain is operating. If we are shut down for some reason, we will let ticker purchasers know by 10am the morning of the event and issue a refund. Guests can request to cancel/refund their tickets as long as it’s 7 days in advance to their event date. Anything after 7 days is non-refundable, unless we decide to cancel that date due to weather or mountain operations.
